The Salem, NH Dog Mayor Program is an exciting new community initiative celebrating the special role that dogs play in our town. The Salem Recreation Department is partnering with A22 Athletics to bring a new activity for teens! 
 
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Men's Volleyball - Men's Volleyball 2024-2025
Men's Volleyball meets every Wednesday in the Lancaster Elementary School gym to play Volleyball. Registration for the program covers the entire length of the 2024-2025 Season, Fall to Summer. Please note that the program will not run during School Vacation weeks, holidays or other School District Closures.

6:15 PM - 7:15 PM    Dance Programs - Thursday Dance Aerobics (Spring/Summer Session)
The Dance Aerobic Class will offer two separate sessions. The Monday session will be 10 weeks, with no class on the holidays. The Thursday session will 10 weeks. Both Dance Aerobics sessions are a 1-hour class aimed at burning more calories through a regimen of both slow and fast-paced dance routines. Class includes a  warm-up and cool-down period as well.  Classes do not take place during holidays. Sneakers are required.  The Tap Class is a 10-week session on Thursdays from 7:15-8:15pm. This fundamental tap class will incorporate choreographed routines through various styles and periods of music. Tap shoes are required.   All Dance Classes are held at the Ingram Senior Center.

The Salem Recreation Division along with its partner with 22:6 Athletics, LLC  will be offering a winter Flag Football Program beginning in February. The 5 week program will teach fundamentals, enhance skill sets, and incorporate competitive play at the end of every program date.The program will take place at the Fisk Elementary School Gym beginning in February for ages 8-15.The Salem Flag Football program will mirror the NFL Play 60 Flag Football rules and regulations format. Participants should have sneakers and pants/shorts with no pockets for game play. Spring Flag Football League REGISTRATION OUT NOW!

The Dance Aerobic Class will offer two separate sessions. The Monday session will be 10 weeks, with no class on the holidays. The Thursday session will 10 weeks. Both Dance Aerobics sessions are a 1-hour class aimed at burning more calories through a regimen of both slow and fast-paced dance routines. Class includes a  warm-up and cool-down period as well.  Classes do not take place during holidays. Sneakers are required.  The Tap Class is a 10-week session on Thursdays from 7:15-8:15pm. This fundamental tap class will incorporate choreographed routines through various styles and periods of music. Tap shoes are required.   All Dance Classes are held at the Ingram Senior Center.

The 5 week program will teach fundamentals, enhance skill sets, and incorporate competitive play at the end of every program date.The program will take place at the Fisk Elementary School Gym beginning in February for ages 8-15.The Salem Flag Football program will mirror the NFL Play 60 Flag Football rules and regulations format.
