The Ingram Senior Center offers several outdoor only activities for senior. You must have one of the memberships listed below to register, you must also have an Ingram Senior Center Badge which can be picked up at the Senior Center: Salem Resident Senior Grandfathered Non-Resident Outdoor Only {$25.00 fee}  The following is a list of outdoor only activities we offer: The Golden Eagles Golf League offers three great leagues including course variety for varied skill levels. Windham Country Club and The Links at LaBelle Winery are casual golf games, not leagues. Register for as many as you wish. Green fees are listed separately for each golf course, and carts are extra (except Windham Country Club). League Schedules can be picked up beginning April 27. Play starts the week of May 4 unless otherwise noted. Pickleball - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-12pm (8-11am summer hours) at the Town Tennis Courts located at Michele Memorial Park. Starts in April. Tennis - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-10am (7:30-10 am mid June). Starts in May. Aquarobix, Aquamotion, and Zumba Gold at the Salem Athletic Club (see senior newsletter for schedule)
 
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Men's Volleyball (2025-2026 Season) - Men's Volleyball 2025-2026
Men's Volleyball meets every Wednesday in the Lancaster Elementary School gym to play Volleyball. Registration for the program covers the entire length of the 2025-2026 Season, Fall to Summer. Please note that the program will not run during School Vacation weeks, holidays or other School District Closures. 
 
7:15 PM - 8:15 PM    Dance Programs - Advanced Tap - Wednesdays!
The Dance Aerobic Class will offer two separate sessions. The Monday session will be 10 weeks, with no class on the holidays. The Wednesday session will 10 weeks. Both Dance Aerobics sessions are a 1-hour class aimed at burning more calories through a regimen of both slow and fast-paced dance routines. Class includes a  warm-up and cool-down period as well.  Classes do not take place during holidays. Sneakers are required.  The Tap Class is a 10-week session on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm. This fundamental tap class will incorporate choreographed routines through various styles and periods of music. Tap shoes are required.   All Dance Classes are held at the Ingram Senior Center.

The Dance Aerobic Class will offer two separate sessions. The Monday session will be 10 weeks, with no class on the holidays. The Wednesday session will 10 weeks. Both Dance Aerobics sessions are a 1-hour class aimed at burning more calories through a regimen of both slow and fast-paced dance routines. Class includes a  warm-up and cool-down period as well.  Classes do not take place during holidays. Sneakers are required.  The Tap Class is a 10-week session on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm. This fundamental tap class will incorporate choreographed routines through various styles and periods of music. Tap shoes are required.   All Dance Classes are held at the Ingram Senior Center.

The Ingram Senior Center offers several outdoor only activities for senior. You must have one of the memberships listed below to register, you must also have an Ingram Senior Center Badge which can be picked up at the Senior Center: Salem Resident Senior Grandfathered Non-Resident Outdoor Only {$25.00 fee}  The following is a list of outdoor only activities we offer: The Golden Eagles Golf League offers three great leagues including course variety for varied skill levels. Windham Country Club and The Links at LaBelle Winery are casual golf games, not leagues. Register for as many as you wish. Green fees are listed separately for each golf course, and carts are extra (except Windham Country Club). League Schedules can be picked up beginning April 27. Play starts the week of May 4 unless otherwise noted. Pickleball - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-12pm (8-11am summer hours) at the Town Tennis Courts located at Michele Memorial Park. The Dance Aerobic Class will offer two separate sessions. The Monday session will be 10 weeks, with no class on the holidays. The Wednesday session will 10 weeks. Both Dance Aerobics sessions are a 1-hour class aimed at burning more calories through a regimen of both slow and fast-paced dance routines. Class includes a  warm-up and cool-down period as well.  Classes do not take place during holidays. Sneakers are required.  The Tap Class is a 10-week session on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm. This fundamental tap class will incorporate choreographed routines through various styles and periods of music. Tap shoes are required.   All Dance Classes are held at the Ingram Senior Center.

Men's Volleyball meets every Wednesday in the Lancaster Elementary School gym to play Volleyball. Registration for the program covers the entire length of the 2025-2026 Season, Fall to Summer. Please note that the program will not run during School Vacation weeks, holidays or other School District Closures.
