Chaperone's - Please fill out the "Volunteer form" and send to jisabelle@salemnh.gov
We are looking for an additional chaperone on the bus so please consider! We will cover the cost of your ride!
Waterville Valley Tickets
FREE Full Day/All Lift Ticket to THREE NH Mountains.
Valid starting Monday, February 22, 2027 through the
end of each mountain’s respective ski season.
Valid for students only.
We will be distributing the Waterville Valley Tickets the first day of ski club. We only get as many that are registered for our program, so please make sure your child knows the little paper they get is not trash!!! We have a limited quantity so they may not be able to be replaced!
LOST SKI PASSES - If your child loses their ski card they must go to guest services with their chaperone. A ski tag is $5 (from pats peak)
The bus is for 6th grade and up only!
the program is open to 3rd to 12th grades!
Children 5th grade and under must be ACCOMPANIED by an adult or parent (self-coordinated)
REFUNDS -
We cannot refund your bus seat! Refunds will not be processed after 1/1/27 unless a participant has been injured. If a participant has been injured before the half way of the program we are able to give a 50% refund.
WEATHER RELATED - IF SALEM SCHOOLS CLOSE DUE TO WEATHER, OUR PROGRAM WILL NOT RUN! * IF THE PROGRAM DOES NOT RUN DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL SEND ACCOUNT CREDITS, THERE ARE OVER 50 CHILDREN ON THE BUS SO IT IS DIFFICULT FOR US TO PROCESS!
PICKING UP EARLY -
If you are picking your child up from ski program while we are at pats peak please email jisabelle@salemnh.gov
